On November 23-25,2018, the “2018 5th IEEE Conference on Cloud Computing and Intelligence Systems (IEEE CCIS 2018)” was held successfully in Nanjing, which was hosted by the CAAI and IEEE-Beijing, organized by Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications and Shanghai University.
The conference kicked off on November 24 at the Xindi Hotel (Nanjing Xindi Xianlin Center), the opening ceremony was presided over by professor Yue Dong, chairman of the program committee and dean of College of Automation & College of Artificial Intelligence of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Present members include formal representatives and experts coming from University of Technology Sydney (Australia), Bergische Universität Wuppert (Germany), University of Alberta (Canada), University of Pretori (South Africa), The University of Tokushima (Japan), National Taiwan University (China), and City University of Hong Kong (China). It also includes experts, university teachers and graduate students who come from domestic universities and institutions such as Tsinghua University, Pecking University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Zhejiang University, Harbin Institute of Technology, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and State Grid Electric Power Research Institute. More than 390 people participated in academic exchanges in total.
