Kai-Sheng Chen received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from National Central University, Taoyuan, Taiwan, in 2010. He obtained his M.S. and PhD degree from the Institute of Computer and Communication Engineering, National Chen Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan, in 2012 and 2017, respectively. Since 2017, he has been with the Nanfang College of Sun Yat-Sen University, Guangzhou, China, where he is currently a Lecturer of School of Electrical and Computer Engineering. His research interests cover optical CDMA, radio-over-fiber, optical packet switching, and visible light communications.
