Wei-Li Liu received the doctor's degree from the School of Computer Science and Engineering, South China University of Technology, China in 2020. She received the bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Sun Yat-sen University, China, in 2008 and 2010, respectively. She is now a lecturer in Computer Science School, Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University, China. Her current research interests include evolutionary computation, swarm intelligence, and their applications on intelligent transportation systems.
