个人简介

王茂发,42岁,博士,教授,博士生导师,教育部-华为智能基座全国优秀教师(每年20名,目前广西唯一),广西高校千名中青年骨干教师,2017年北京信息科技大学A类引进人才。主要从事通用人工智能计算理论(Meta Learning方向)与地学人工智能研究。第一作者(通讯作者)在Applied Soft Computing、Expert Systems with Application、Knowledge-Based Systems、Computers &Geoscinces、Seismology Research Letter、 Bulletin of the Seismological Society of America等国外知名期刊发表SCI论文40余篇,其中中科院1区TOP 3篇,2区7篇,1篇被被哈利菲尔丁里德奖(地震学最高奖项之一)得主 AGU Fellow 坦福大学William Ellsworth 教授在2篇SRL中予以正面引用,主持国家自然基金项目 2 项,主持省部级等课题10余项,授权国家发明专利3项(第1),主编专著/高等教育规划教材2部。主讲深度学习、元学习、机器学习、数据挖掘等人工智能核心课程,深受学生喜爱。2024中国地理信息科技进步二等奖,八桂人工智能科学技术三等奖(No.1)、中国(上海)国际发明展览会金奖(No.1)。中国地震人工智能专委会委员(首批),教育部学位中心学位博士论文函评专家,华为开发者布道师(银牌),CCF高级会员,广西人工智能学会理事,中国人工智能学会神经网络与智能计算专委。2023年广西高校黄大年式教师团队核心成员之一,2009届北京优秀毕业生(硕士),2023年华为昇腾AI大赛(福建赛区)铜奖(指导老师)。校级优秀教师,优秀本科毕业论文指导教师。Irrigation and Drainage,Earth Science Informatics,Expert Systems With Applications,Applied Computing & Geosciences,Seismological Research Letters等国外期刊长期审稿人。本人优秀业绩被央视频和人民日报客户端等多次转载。

科研上主要从事人工智能计算理论研究,及地学等行业智能模型和系统开发。与中国地震局、中国地质调查局、中国建筑材料研究总院、华为公司等建立了长期的业务合作关系,共同开发行业急需的智能模型与系统。已开发了两款经典智能模型:余震智能预测系统、模拟测震图纸矢量化系统,在行业内有较高的知名度,各项性能正对标(或部分超越)USGS的ETAS地震模型和哈佛大学DigitSeis模拟测震矢量化系统,有着较好的行业应用价值和科研开发基础。
