刘宝弟，男，副教授，硕士生导师，IEEE会员、ACM会员、CCF 会员、自动化学会会员，山东省国家知识产权保护中心知识产权保护人才专家、青岛市科技专家库入库专家、济南市中级人民法院知识产权技术调查官。中国石油大学(华东)控制科学与工程学院自动化系党支部书记、副主任。长期从事机器学习理论及在数字图像处理中的应用研究。主持国家自然科学基金、山东省自然科学基金，青岛市科技计划等项目十余项，发表学术论文100余篇，学术谷歌引用次数960余次，以第一发明人授权国家发明专利7项，获得青岛市科学技术奖科技进步一等奖1项（排名第3）、自动化学会自然科学奖二等奖1项（排名第2）、中国产学研合作促进会产学研合作创新成果奖优秀奖1项（排名第4）、山东省人工智能科学技术奖科技进步一等奖1项（排名第3）。

Introduction

Liu Baodi is an associate professor, master's supervisor, and member of IEEE, ACM, CCF, and the Automation Society. He is a talented expert in intellectual property protection at the Shandong Province National Intellectual Property Protection Center, an expert in the Qingdao Science and Technology Expert Database, and an intellectual property technical investigator of the Intermediate People's Court of Jinan City. He is the deputy director of the Automation Department at China University of Petroleum (East China). He has long been engaged in research on machine learning theory and its application in digital image processing. He has presided over more than ten projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation, Shandong Provincial Natural Science Foundation, Qingdao Science and Technology Plan, etc. He has published more than 100 academic papers with over 9600 academic Google citations and has been granted 7 national invention patents as the first inventor. He has received numerous awards, including the first prize for scientific and technological progress in the Qingdao Science and Technology Award (ranking third), the second prize for natural science of the Automation Society (ranking second), the Outstanding Award for the China Industry-University-Research Collaboration Innovation Achievement Award (ranking fourth), and the first prize for scientific and technological progress in the Shandong Province Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology Award (ranking third).

Education

In July 2004, the individual graduated from the Electronic Information Engineering program at China University of Petroleum (East China).

In July 2007, the individual obtained a Master's degree in Information and Communication Engineering from China University of Petroleum (East China).

In January 2013, the individual obtained a Ph.D. degree in Information and Communication Engineering from Tsinghua University.

Work Experience

From April 2013 to December 2016, the individual was a lecturer at the College of Information and Control Engineering, China University of Petroleum (East China).

From January 2017 to March 2019, the individual was an associate professor at the College of Information and Control Engineering, China University of Petroleum (East China).

From April 2019 to March 2020, the individual was a visiting scholar at the Ming-Hsuan Yang's Lab in the University of California, Merced.

Since April 2020, the individual has been an associate professor at the School of Control Science and Engineering, China University of Petroleum (East China).
