李健,博士,信阳师范学院计算机与信息技术学院讲师。主要从事神经动力学、机械臂控制、深度强化学习方向研究,以第一作者发表SCI论文12篇,其中中科院1区论文5篇,主持国家自然科学青年基金1项、中国博士后科学基金1项,参与国家自然科学基金面上项目1项。
