Hongliang He received his B.E. degree from Harbin Engineering University in 2013, and Ph.D. degree in Information and Communication Engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University in 2019. He is currently an associate professor with the School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information, China University of Geosciences, Wuhan 430074, China. His research interests include Physical-Layer Security, Satellite communications, and Integrated Communication and Navigation
