Weibei Fan received Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Soochow University in 2019. He is currently an associate professor in the school of Computer, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. He has authored papers in research related international conferences and journals, such as the IEEE TC, TPDS, TDSC, TR, TNSE, TNSM, TETCI, IEEE Commu. Maga.，JPDC，TCS and JCST and  IEEE ISPA, FUZZ-IEEE, PDCAT,. His research interests include data center networks, parallel and distributed systems, and interconnection networks. He is a member of the IEEE/ACM and the IEEE Communications Society.
