王嘉宏，男，台湾台南人。博士(后)，现任福建理工大学计算机科学与数学学院副教授、硕导，福建省大数据挖掘与应用技术重点实验室成员。主持结题2项福建省自然基金面上项目与1项福建省教育厅科研项目，并参与国家自然科学基金、省科技厅与教育厅自然基金项目等多项科研项目。研究兴趣主要在人工智能、大数据分析、运筹学、排队论、系统模拟与网络应用等方面的研究。近年来，在重要学术刊物和国际学术会议上已发表论文80余篇，其中SCI/SSCI检索19篇，EI检索38篇，CPCI/ISTP检索27篇，Mathematical Reviews收录7篇。申请中国发明专利17项，已获中国发明专利授权8项，其中获中国台湾专利授权1项。并曾在(中国台湾)参与十多项科技部(国科会)及教育部的科学基金项目，7次获(中国台湾)教育部与国科会出席国际会议或海外交流经费支持。

王博士是人工智能、运筹学、应用数学和大数据分析方面的专家，曾参与多项国际合作项目，研究成果已发表在重要学术刊物，包括：Management Science,  Expert Systems With Applications, Applied Intelligence, Computers & Operations Research, Computers and Mathematics with Applications, Scientific Reports, Soft Computing, IEEE ACCESS, Mathematics, Energies, Journal of Intelligent & Fuzzy Systems, Journal of Network Intelligence, International Journal of Information and Management Sciences等SCI或EI索引学术期刊。

2001年被台湾台南县永康市评为「青年楷模」，2007年至2012年3次入选中国「海外杰青汇中华交流团」，2009年被英国International Biographical Centre评为「Leading Scientists of the World 2009」，2011年所著博士论文荣获台湾作业研究学会、中华决策科学学会联合评为「硕博士论文竞赛博士组第一名」，2011年一篇学术论文获第七届台湾作业研究学会年会暨学术研讨会的「大会最佳论文奖」，2013年获第八届排队理论与网络应用国际研讨会的「大会最佳论文奖」，2015年获福建省科协第十五届学术年会暨福建省计算机学会学术年会论文评选活动的「贰等奖」，2017年获福建工程学院「本科优秀毕业设计(论文)指导教师奖」，2019年一篇学术论文获INFORMS Conference on Service Science (ICSS2019)国际研讨会的「最佳论文奖」，2019年一篇学术论文获The 8th International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Systems Management (IESM 2019)国际研讨会的「Best Application Paper Finalist Award」。2013年至2020年每年皆荣获美国Marquis Who's Who评为「Who's Who in the World」，2016年获美国 Marquis Who's Who评为「Who's Who in Science and Engineering 2016-2017」，2017年荣获美国Marquis Who's Who评为「Who's Who in Asia 2017-2018」，2018年入选福建省「福州市台湾人才库成员」。

Dr. Chia-Hung Wang currently holds an Associate Professor position in the College of Computer Science and Mathematics at Fujian University of Technology, China. Prof. Wang earned his Ph.D. degree in Operations Research from the Department of Mathematical Sciences at National Chengchi University, Taiwan in 2011. He got his B.S. degree in Mathematics from National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan in 2002. In 2004, he received his M.S. degree in Mathematical Sciences from National Chengchi University, Taipei, Taiwan. He visited the University of Illinois at Chicago, USA as a Visiting Scholar from August 2007 to August 2008. From 2011 to 2015, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow with National Chiao Tung University and National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. Since 2015, Dr. Wang has joined Fujian University of Technology as a faculty member, and also served as a research fellow at the Fujian Provincial Key Laboratory of Big Data Mining and Applications.

Prof. Wang is an expert in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analysis, Operations Research, Intelligent Computing, Queue Management and Data Science. He has been involved in several collaborative projects with international and national professionals, including the design of management schemes on communication networks for bandwidth sharing, the modeling and analysis of security-check queues, the management mechanisms for service systems, the trading mechanisms and data analysis for stock markets, etc. In addition, he is also a co-inventor of more than 8 invention patents. These research works have already been published in over 80 refereed journals and conference proceedings, including Management Science,  Expert Systems With Applications, Applied Intelligence, Computers & Operations Research, Computers and Mathematics with Applications, Scientific Reports, Soft Computing, IEEE ACCESS, Mathematics, Energies, Journal of Intelligent & Fuzzy Systems, Journal of Network Intelligence, International Journal of Information and Management Sciences, and so on.
